Questions about pricing
Are these prices fixed?
They're guide prices for typical jobs. Every home is different, so we confirm a fixed written price before any work starts, based on photos or a quick survey. Once you've accepted it, that's what you pay.
What can change the price?
Things like moving a boiler, longer cable or pipe runs, difficult access, or faults we find in existing wiring or pipework. If anything like this applies, it's in your written quote before you agree to anything.
Why do some jobs say 'price on survey'?
Larger and commercial jobs vary too much to price fairly without seeing them. The survey is there to give you an accurate fixed price.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer. Payment terms are set out in your written quote, and nothing is due until you've agreed the price.
How do I know your bank details are genuine?
Our bank details are on your written quote and invoice, and they never change. We will never send new bank details by email or text. If you ever receive a message saying our details have changed, don't pay it. Call us on 020 3805 0444 first.
